The Grant Inception to Date Form will allow you to pull by index if you cannot pull by Grant.  You can change the date range to see the information for any date period.

If you are able to select by grant, selecting the Fund Summary box will allow you to see information by fund.  The fund highlighted will have the information for that fund in the account area.
