Relocation (Moving) Expense

All relocation-related expenses are coded to account 38L0. This includes all costs associated with house hunting trips that occur after the employee has signed the offer letter as well as the actual expenses incurred during the move itself. When in doubt, ask your accountant or fiscal monitor.
